A modern production line for the production of aluminum profiles and casting products has been launched at the enterprise LLC "Stilex". The opening of the factory became known thanks to the press service of the National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Ravshanbek Sabirov, the head of the agency, familiarized himself with the production capabilities of the factory, its infrastructure, and the current state of the investment project implementation.
As part of the project, a production complex with a total area of 10,800 square meters was built, including casting and pressing workshops, a painting line, warehouses for raw materials and finished products, a quality control laboratory, as well as an administrative and household building and logistics zones.
The enterprise carries out a full production cycle — from preparing aluminum raw materials to producing finished products.
According to the information, the factory is capable of producing 1,400-1,500 tons of aluminum casting and approximately 1,000-1,300 tons of aluminum products per year. The initial investments in the project amounted to about 15 million dollars.
According to Ravshanbek Sabirov, the implementation of such projects contributes to the development of the industrial potential of Kyrgyzstan, the creation of new jobs, and the formation of a modern industrial base.
There are also plans to launch the second phase of the project, which involves the introduction of an additional production line. This will allow for increased production volumes, an expanded product range, and strengthened export potential of the factory.
