The pilot project will begin its work in Bishkek and the Chui region
Erlist Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, announced a new approach to controlling meat prices in the country, which includes the launch of a pilot project aimed at developing a meat cluster.
The project will be implemented in Bishkek and the Chui region with the goal of increasing meat production volumes through the industrial fattening of cattle.
Throughout 2026, cluster participants, such as farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs, will be able to take advantage of state support in the form of preferential loans with a reduced interest rate. Financing will be provided through the state banks "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank."
