The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, in partnership with OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank," is preparing to launch an electronic queue for obtaining preferential loans. This innovative approach was developed by the ministry's technical operator — the State Enterprise "AgroSmart" — and implemented on the "i-Dyikan" platform, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Starting from February 15, 2026, farmers will be able to register on the digital platform "i-Dyikan," apply for a preferential loan, and remotely take their place in line at the bank. Loan issuance will be based on clearly established criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs. The digitization of this process will allow agricultural producers to track the status of their applications in real time.
The "i-Dyikan" platform will also provide access to the ministry's public services in an online format, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them. This new mechanism will be an important step in simplifying farmers' access to financial resources and in the overall digitization of the country's agricultural sector.
