In accordance with the new decree, at least 2,448,000,000 soms have been allocated to support the agricultural sector. The program offers favorable conditions, including a fixed interest rate of 6% per annum, and the funds will be provided through "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank".
Financing will be distributed across key areas: 70% of the total amount (1,713.6 million soms) will go to the development of livestock, 20% (489.6 million soms) will be allocated to crop production, and 10% (244.8 million soms) will be directed towards the implementation of water-saving technologies for irrigation.
For farmers engaged in livestock and crop production, loans of up to 500,000 soms will be available without collateral, which will significantly simplify the process of obtaining financing for small farms. Loans of up to 1,000,000 soms will be issued on a collateral basis, with a maximum loan term of up to 36 months. Financing of up to 3,000,000 soms will also be available for the implementation of new irrigation technologies, on a collateral basis, with a similar repayment term.
This government initiative aims to improve food security and support farmers in the new agricultural season. It is expected that the available loans will help agricultural producers prepare for fieldwork and increase livestock numbers.
