Kyrgyzstan simplifies the sale of precious metals to jewelers with a 2% discount

The new measures are aimed at supporting local production and developing the jewelry sector.

In Kyrgyzstan, a procedure for the sale of precious metals has been approved, which will facilitate the work of domestic jewelers. This information was provided by the government press service.

According to the new rules, jewelers will now be able to purchase metals and stones bought by the state with a 2% discount from current world prices set by the London Bullion Market Association.

This initiative is created to support local producers and stimulate the development of the jewelry industry. Buying points and pawnshops will be able to sell products as well as scrap precious metals to the authorized state body, which will provide jewelers with the necessary raw materials in accordance with the new rules.
