According to information received from "Gazeta.Ru," Ekaterina Bivol may face legal consequences in Russia for a video she filmed while driving, which contains insults directed at Kyrgyz and Kazakhs. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has initiated an investigation regarding this situation.

Evgeny Artemov, the Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, confirmed to "Gazeta.Ru" that the investigation is being conducted by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
The scandalous video with obscene remarks was published on Ekaterina Bivol's Instagram at the end of October, after which her account was deleted, as reported by "Mash na sporte."

The law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have already reacted to her statements by initiating criminal cases. On October 27, a court in Bishkek issued an in absentia arrest warrant for Bivol. Under Kyrgyz law, she could face up to seven years in prison for inciting interethnic hatred.
