During his speech, Attokurov highlighted the history and current state of Kyrgyz diplomacy, as well as its future in the context of modern geopolitical changes. He emphasized the importance of a diplomat's competencies in the face of global changes and contemporary trends in public and digital diplomacy.
Additionally, the lecture included a discussion dedicated to the fundamental principles of negotiation and interaction in a multicultural environment. Attokurov shared personal examples, illustrating how diplomacy can contribute to solving global problems.
At the end of the lecture, participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the diplomat.
