On December 16, an international scientific conference titled "The World is One Family" took place in the Indian capital, New Delhi, as reported by the National Academy "Manas." Experts present at the event included Gulzat Maichinova, PhD and head of the Communications and International Relations Center of the National Academy "Manas," and Dastan Chynybek uulu, head of the "Aykol" studio.
In her presentation on "Manas and Mahabharata: The Cultural Civilizational Code for Peace and Security," Gulzat Maichinova emphasized the importance of the two epics in strengthening international values, peace, and harmony among peoples.
Dastan Chynybek uulu presented a report on "Epic Bridges: Preserving and Promoting the Cultural Values of the Epics 'Manas' and 'Mahabharata' through Theater in the Context of Globalization," highlighting the significance of theatrical performances in preserving cultural heritage.
Scholars from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Kenya, Indonesia, and India also participated in the conference. Participants from abroad showed keen interest in the history and culture of the Kyrgyz people, as well as the epic "Manas," asking many questions to the speakers.
"Many participants expressed a desire to visit Kyrgyzstan to learn more about the culture and the epic 'Manas.' The conference contributed to strengthening cultural dialogue and developing international scientific cooperation," the report noted.
