Additionally, the head of Kyrgyzstan highly appreciated the successful organization of the World Expo 2025 in Osaka and noted that the National Pavilion of Kyrgyzstan received a gold award in the category "Expanding Life Opportunities".
Sadyr Japarov emphasized the importance of Japanese technologies and educational initiatives for the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan, highlighting the scholarship program from Japan that contributes to the training of a new generation of civil servants.
He also noted the growing interest among the youth of Kyrgyzstan in the Japanese language and culture, pointing out that about 700 students are studying Japanese language and Japanese studies at four universities in the country.
The President respectfully acknowledged the scientific achievements of the Emperor in the field of water resources and expressed interest in further cooperation on sustainable development in mountainous regions. In conclusion, he invited Emperor Naruhito to participate in the Second Global Mountain Summit "Bishkek+25", which will take place in 2027.
