According to information from the Traffic Safety Department of the Batken Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, it was revealed that this vehicle was involved in a traffic accident, after which the driver fled the scene of the incident. The wanted vehicle was located thanks to the stationary hardware and software complex "Auto-Hurricane," installed at the 80th kilometer of the Osh–Batken–Razakov highway.
According to the Traffic Safety Department, this complex identifies about 20 vehicles daily that violate traffic rules.
Since the system "Auto-Hurricane" began operating 11 months ago, 3,943 vehicles have been recorded and detained, among which one was wanted.
