During the inspection, the Center established that some companies provided false documents when obtaining permits for employment abroad. In particular, the documents did not specify information about actual cooperation with employers or foreign intermediaries in Turkey.
As indicated by the representatives of the Center, such actions violate subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the mentioned regulation, which provides for the suspension of the permit upon the discovery of false information.
As a result of the identified violations, a decision was made to temporarily suspend the employment permits for Kyrgyz citizens in Turkey for the following companies:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Ayris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The suspension will remain in effect until the violations are rectified in the established manner.
Based on the monitoring results, reports on the identified violations concerning the mentioned companies were compiled.
Based on these reports, notifications of violations and requirements for their rectification will be sent to the specified LLCs in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Center for Employment Abroad reminds that providing false information when obtaining permits and non-compliance with legislation in the field of labor migration may lead to liability, including the suspension and revocation of permits.
The Center will continue active monitoring of the activities of sending organizations to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Kyrgyz citizens going abroad for work.
