During the inspection, facts of providing false information by several companies engaged in recruiting workers were revealed.

According to the center, some recruiters unlawfully recruited citizens of Kyrgyzstan for work in Turkey without disclosing important information about cooperation with local employers and intermediaries.

In particular, false information regarding partnership relations with receiving organizations in Turkey was included in the documents submitted to the authorized bodies for obtaining work permits.

“These actions violate the requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the current regulations, according to which the identification of facts of providing false information is a basis for the temporary suspension of permits,” the Employment Center reported.

In connection with the identified violations, the action of work permits in Turkey has been suspended for the following companies:

The suspension will remain in effect until the companies rectify the identified deficiencies in the established manner.

As a result of the monitoring, relevant violation reports were compiled regarding the mentioned companies.

Based on these reports, notifications will be sent to the recruiters detailing the violations and requirements for their rectification within the timeframes stipulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Employment Center reminds that providing false information when obtaining a permit, as well as non-compliance with the norms of legislation in the field of labor migration, may lead to liability, including temporary suspension or annulment of permits.

The Center will continue its work monitoring the activities of recruiters to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Kyrgyzstan going abroad for work.
