The Customs Service identified a violation of the conditions for the temporary import of containers worth over 2 million soms.

According to information from the customs service, from 2021 to 2023, 34 containers were imported through the "Torugart" checkpoint addressed to LLC "B. LLC" and LLC "Ü. i. K." under temporary import documents. Currently, these containers have not been returned, and their status in the EAIS database remains open.

Non-compliance with the conditions of temporary import has resulted in a loss to the state amounting to 2,041,709 soms, including accrued penalties.

This fact has been registered in the AIS ZHUY ERP. The case materials have been transferred to the investigative department of the GTS for further investigation in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
