The major renovation of the local House of Culture began during the pandemic, but it has not yet been completed. Due to the misallocation of funds, the work of the company "At-Bashy Jashtary," which is responsible for the repairs, has been under investigation by the At-Bashy Department of Internal Affairs for two years.
It is reported that investigative actions are ongoing, a construction examination has been appointed, and no measures can be taken until its results are obtained.
Every year, employees of the House of Culture have been forced to change workplaces to find warm premises for the winter. This year, facing a lack of heating, they installed electric heaters in their offices; however, these are already outdated and unable to provide the necessary level of warmth.
As a result, workers are forced to remain at their workplaces in winter clothing, including fur coats, jackets, hats, and scarves, as well as using gloves. There have even been recorded cases of illnesses among employees caused by the cold conditions.
