In the Chuy region, at the border veterinary control point "Ak-Tilek," 11,720 kg of sausage products were detained while attempting to be illegally imported from the Russian Federation into Kyrgyzstan. This information was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the agency, the inspection was conducted by border veterinary control inspectors. During the inspection, non-compliance with the veterinary and sanitary requirements established by the Eurasian Economic Union was identified.
As a result, the necessary act was drawn up, leading to a ban on the import of this cargo into the country. Consequently, the products were returned to Russia through the "Ak-Tilek" checkpoint.
