At the checkpoint "Ak-Tilek," an attempt to import 15,600 liters of kumis from Russia was discovered. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the cargo was returned to the territory of Russia.
Veterinary control inspectors established that the label lacked a production date, which is a violation of veterinary and sanitary norms of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, reports were drawn up, and the cargo was prohibited from crossing the state border of Kyrgyzstan. The goods were sent back through the "Ak-Tilek" border point.
The veterinary services responsible for the development of livestock, pastures, and feed continue to carry out their work, ensuring food safety for the population.
