In his publication, Araqchi emphasizes that the world is tired of "foolish clowns." He adds that, unlike Ukraine, which is supported by foreign powers and engulfed by mercenaries, Iranians know how to defend their country without the help of foreign allies.
Speaking at a forum in Davos, Zelensky criticized Europe's response to the suppression of protests in Iran, noting that "Europe offers nothing and does not want to support the Iranian people in their quest for democracy. The unwillingness to help those fighting for freedom leads to negative consequences, as was the case in Belarus in 2020."
At the same time, according to media reports, former U.S. President Donald Trump announced the movement of military ships towards Iran "just in case." He noted: "We are sending a number of ships in that direction and are closely monitoring the situation."
According to Reuters, the U.S. has deployed the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and several guided-missile destroyers, which are expected to arrive in the Middle East in the coming days.
