Tokayev announced readiness to allocate a 'significant amount' to Trump's World Council

Kazakhstan has become an important participant in the World Council, established at Trump's initiative, offering not only financial assistance but also humanitarian initiatives. The inaugural meeting took place in Washington at the Donald Trump Peace Institute, where participants were given red caps with the inscription "USA," and the event opened with the sounds of famous songs from Trump's campaign rallies.

In his speech, Trump emphasized that the World Council is intended to be a new mechanism for resolving global conflicts, adding that the U.S. will allocate $10 billion for its operations. He explained that this amount is relatively small compared to war expenses, noting, "It sounds like a lot, but it is really very little." He also expressed gratitude to countries, including Kazakhstan, that agreed to help with the reconstruction of Gaza, mentioning that nine countries have already formed a $7 billion aid package.

Tokayev, speaking at the summit, confirmed Kazakhstan's readiness to make a practical contribution to the work of the new World Council. "Our meeting is taking place at a time when decisive actions are important. We are talking about building peace through targeted measures, not through endless conferences," he noted, adding that Kazakhstan is ready to provide funding immediately.

The president emphasized that the allocated amount could cover the construction of important infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and residential complexes. In addition, Kazakhstan proposed large-scale humanitarian assistance, specifically 500 educational grants for Palestinian students and support for food security in Gaza.

Tokayev also announced Kazakhstan's readiness to participate in an international stabilization mission, offering to send medical units and observers. He noted that Kazakhstan sees the World Council as a new international platform and is ready to contribute to the development of regional cooperation.

Furthermore, he proposed holding World Council meetings in Kazakhstan and establishing an award named after Trump in recognition of his efforts to promote peace. Thus, Kazakhstan has positioned itself from the very beginning as an active participant in the World Council, ready for financial investments and humanitarian initiatives.
