- At the "Aysalyk" site, tax lawyer Kanibek Cherikov held a discussion with labor law expert Eldar Tajibaev, during which important points were addressed that employers should pay attention to when hiring.

Tajibaev began with the first key document — the passport. He emphasized that without this document, it is impossible to hire an employee. The expert provided examples of cases where people were hired temporarily without a passport, and it later turned out that they were foreigners. In such situations, employers may face penalties for illegal employment.

Next, the second block of risks concerns education and qualifications. Tajibaev noted that applicants sometimes present fake diplomas, claiming that the original will be "brought later." Similar risks arise with certificates required for performing jobs associated with increased danger. If an employee is allowed to perform such duties without the appropriate permits and an accident occurs, the responsibility may fall on the employer.

The third important aspect — the work book. The expert warned that if a candidate claims to have a work book and will bring it later, it is better not to wait — a new book should be issued immediately, and personnel documentation should be properly maintained from the first day of work.

Additionally, Tajibaev reminded about the importance of conducting medical examinations and obtaining necessary certificates if required by the nature of the work, especially in cases where there are increased risks or the work involves children. According to him, these requirements should be reflected in the employer's local regulations.
