In light of the deteriorating military-political situation in the Middle East, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic strongly recommends that citizens in this region leave immediately. The ministry emphasizes that the ongoing threats of further escalation of the conflict make staying in these countries extremely unsafe.
Kyrgyz citizens in the Middle East are advised to:
- act with increased caution;
- carefully monitor official statements from local authorities;
- follow the instructions and recommendations of government authorities;
- not share unverified information;
- avoid large gatherings of people whenever possible;
- check the status of flights before traveling;
- stay away from military facilities.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to monitor the situation and inform about new developments.
