All of the aforementioned violations served as the basis for compiling administrative materials.
As previously reported, on February 25, 2026, officers from the Traffic Safety Department of the Sokuluk District conducted a raid on the Bishkek—Osh highway. At about 08:30, at the intersection of Frunze and Lenin streets in the village of Sokuluk, a "Hyundai Sonata" vehicle was stopped while traveling eastward and had tinted front side windows according to the department.
During the identity check of the driver, it was found that a citizen of another country, born in 1988 and named E.R., was behind the wheel. During the inspection, he did not have a driver's license and was unable to provide documents allowing the use of tinting on the front side windows of the vehicle.
