In Kyrgyzstan, the Regulation on the National Digital Ecosystem has been approved

Recently, a new Regulation on the National Digital Ecosystem was approved, signed by the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

This document is aimed at implementing the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and establishing the legal foundations for the functioning of a unified nationwide digital ecosystem that will ensure the exchange of digital data between government bodies, local self-government, as well as legal and physical entities. It also envisions the creation of digital services based on this data.

According to this regulation, the certifying center is designated as the state institution "Kyzmat," which, under the management of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, will issue authentication certificates for security servers and digital signature verification certificates necessary for connecting participants to the digital interaction system "Tunduk."

The regulation establishes the participants of the National Ecosystem, their rights and obligations, as well as the objects and elements of the system, the rules for their inclusion in the digital register, the procedure for its maintenance, data sources for processing within the ecosystem, and the rules for digital interaction through the "Tunduk" system. The document also covers the architecture of the State Services Factory and the procedure for resolving disputes among participants and user complaints.
