In Kara-Balta, at the House of Children's Creativity, a ceremony was held to summarize the results of Science and Technology Week in the Jayil District.

This event attracted the attention of schoolchildren interested in design, scientific experiments, and robotics.

From February 23 to 27, exhibitions and competitions dedicated to scientific and technical creativity took place in educational institutions throughout the district. Students presented their models, inventions, and research projects. The jury selected the best works for the final stage, which took place at the House of Children's Creativity. The jury included Guliza Junushbaeva, a leading specialist from the district's education department, as well as teachers and the deputy director of this institution.

Students from nine schools in Kara-Balta participated in the competition, as well as children from Fedorovskaya, Sosnovskaya, Sary-Bulak, and Suusamyr educational institutions.

Opening the event, jury chair Guliza Junushbaeva wished all participants good luck and emphasized that the winners would represent the Jayil District at the next regional stage.

The exhibition amazed even experienced educators with its diversity. For example, Danil Ovsyannikov, a 7th-grade student from school No. 10, demonstrated a moving model of a beet harvester made of cardboard.

The project of a three-story House of Children's Creativity "Kelechek," designed in the shape of a yurt, was presented by fifth graders from Fedorovskaya School, hoping that it would appear in their village.

The audience's attention was drawn to a robot assistant for medical workers, developed by Dmitry Rutskiy, a student from school No. 9.

Students from Kara-Balta School No. 4 showcased several innovative projects, including stand models and moving robotics models.

Suusamyr School named after Karabekov demonstrated a machine for making kumys, as well as a moving car, vacuum cleaner, and fan.

Sary-Bulak School presented a model of an excavator, along with other developments, including an underwater robot for cleaning the bottom of Lake Issyk-Kul, an ecological machine for sorting waste, devices for harnessing wind energy, sports robots, and models of "smart" houses.

Based on the results of the competition, the jury selected winners in various nominations.

In the "Stand Model" category, the first place among the junior group was awarded to school No. 10, while school No. 4 took first place among the senior group. The director of the House of Children's Creativity, Gulnara Tulenova, emphasized that the main achievement of Science and Technology Week lies not only in diplomas and prize places but also in the fact that schoolchildren show interest in science and technology. Their ideas, embodied in models and prototypes, can become the foundation for real inventions in the future.
