In Bishkek, Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliyev met with the owners of business entities located along the Young Guard Boulevard.
The meeting took place as part of the construction of a transport interchange and an overpass bridge at the intersection of Young Guard Boulevard and Leo Tolstoy Street up to Bakayev Street, reports the city administration.
Currently, the statuses of the land plots in the area of the planned construction have been determined.
A total of 64 different objects are subject to road construction. As of today:
• 16 objects have state acts for the land plot;
• 1 object has a "green book" valid for 49 years;
• 2 objects have a "green book" valid for 5 years.
For the remaining addresses, work on establishing title documents is ongoing.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to hold a follow-up meeting on March 24, 2026, at the Bishkek city hall to discuss compensation and payments to the landowners.
The Department of Transport and Road Transport Structure Development and other relevant services have been instructed to consider the issue of an alternative road during construction works for the passage of citizens.
The Land Use Control Department has been tasked with accelerating the demolition of objects that hinder construction.
Work is planned to begin in April 2026.
The implementation of the project aims to develop the transport infrastructure of the city, increase road capacity, and reduce traffic load in this area.
