What is happening on the 31st day of military operations?

Night bombings of Tehran and other cities by the U.S. and Israel have resulted in strikes on the energy infrastructure in the Iranian capital, which in turn has caused fluctuations in global stock and oil markets.

According to Iranian authorities, power outages occurred after the attacks, which were subsequently restored.

Trump also stated that he intends to "seize oil in Iran," while Tehran accuses the U.S. of preparing for a ground invasion, despite public calls for peaceful negotiations. On Sunday, he expressed confidence that "very soon we will reach a deal with Iran."

Earth Day: What happened in Palestine on March 30, 1976?

Mohammed Haddad
Every year on March 30, Palestinians commemorate Earth Day (Yom al-Ard), remembering the tragic events of 1976 when Israeli forces killed six unarmed Palestinians and injured over a hundred during protests against land confiscation.

Israel approved a plan to confiscate 2,000 hectares (4,942 acres) of land from Palestinian citizens in Galilee. These actions became part of a broader state policy of Israel regarding Jewish Galilee after the establishment of the state.

Although the confiscation affected all of Galilee, the main protests of 1976 occurred in the Palestinian towns of Sakhnin, Araba, and Deir Hanna.

The area of confiscated land is comparable to 3,000 football fields or an area from the southern part of Manhattan to the beginning of Central Park in New York City.

Analysts: Israel strengthens its position amid isolation and new conflicts.

Israel, facing increasing isolation, is preparing for a prolonged confrontation, conducting active military operations against several countries, claims a Middle East expert.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Mohamad Elmazri from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies noted that Israel's latest budget of $271 billion is the highest in history, indicating the country's intention to wage wars on multiple fronts.

“Historically, the U.S. provides Israel with significant military funding amounting to $3.8 billion annually, and this amount increases during conflicts,” added Elmazri.

According to him, the latest budget demonstrates that Israel does not consider the wars to be over, but rather at their initial stage or in full swing.

“To realize its vision of Greater Israel, the country will have to go through long wars and conflicts, starting from Syria and Lebanon to the Palestinian territories and Iran,” concluded the expert.

Syria offers alternative routes for oil supplies, considering the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

Syria's President Ahmed al-Sharaa, while in Berlin for a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, noted: "Syria, due to its strategic location and the ability to export oil through Mediterranean ports, provides a reliable route for logistics, offering safe routes for delivering goods to Europe in the event of possible disruptions in the Red Sea or the Strait of Hormuz." These words were voiced on channel H.

Untested American missile hit a gym and school in Iran.

According to data presented by the NYT and weapon experts, the Pentagon used missiles that had not undergone combat testing. As a result of this attack, civilian objects near a military complex were damaged.

On the first day of the war against Iran, a strike that hit a gym and an adjacent school near a military facility in the south of the country involved recently developed American ballistic missiles. Local reports indicate that at least 21 people were killed as a result of the strike and others nearby in the city of Lamerd.

The attack on February 28 coincided with the day when an American Tomahawk cruise missile struck a school in the city of Minab, claiming 175 lives. However, in the case of Lamerd, untested weaponry was used.

NYT conducted an analysis of video recordings of the two attacks and examined the aftermath. Journalists and ammunition experts determined that the weaponry used corresponds to the characteristics of the short-range ballistic missile Precision Strike Missile, designed to explode directly above the target, releasing small tungsten balls.

According to a press release from the army, prototype testing of the PrSM was completed only last year. Trump considers a military operation to seize Iranian uranium, reports WSJ.

American officials report that President Trump is exploring the possibility of conducting a military operation to seize nearly 1,000 pounds of Iranian uranium. This operation could prove complicated and risky, likely requiring the presence of American troops on Iranian territory for several days or longer.

Officials note that Trump has not yet made a final decision but remains open to the idea, as it could help achieve his main goal of preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

According to a source familiar with Trump's position, he has also urged his advisors to pressure Iran to agree to surrender uranium as a condition for ending the war. In discussions with political allies, Trump has made it clear that the Iranians cannot keep the uranium and has discussed the possibility of seizing it by force if Iran refuses to hand it over.
