By profession, Askеров is a Doctor of Medical Sciences and a professor; he previously held the position of chief freelance gynecologist at the Ministry of Health.
The institution was founded in May 2025 and is located in the village of Barpy, situated in the Suzak district.
As Askеров noted, the center has obstetric and gynecological departments, as well as laboratories for instrumental diagnostics; both pathological and physiological births are accepted here.
The center serves not only Barpy but also neighboring villages in the Jalal-Abad region.
He emphasized that services are provided free of charge, and no corrupt practices are observed. Patients receive medical assistance in a friendly atmosphere. The center is equipped with the latest technology, and both minimally invasive surgeries and complex surgical interventions are performed here,” he added.
Askеров noted that the center's staff is fully staffed, which allows for effective handling of a large number of patients, thereby relieving the regional hospital. “The volume of services provided is comparable to regional standards, and the level of professionalism among the heads of clinical departments is constantly increasing,” he concluded.
