As reported by the Issyk-Kul regional hospital, the student was taken to the medical facility on January 11 at around 00:15. Upon examination, he was diagnosed with a closed oblique fracture of the middle and lower third of the right tibia with displacement.
His condition is currently assessed by doctors as satisfactory, and surgery is being prepared, which is expected to take place within the next 3-4 days.
