The incident occurred on January 1, 2026, around 11:00 PM, when officers from the tourist-ecological police of the Interior Ministry of the Issyk-Kul region were conducting an evening patrol of the lake area near the "Kyzyl-Tash" beach.
The detained individual was born in 1981 and is a resident of the city of Balakchy, known as K.N.
Upon inspection, he was found to have 54 fish, 5 nets measuring 500 meters in length, as well as a boat and a pair of rubber boots, which were seized as evidence.
This case has been registered with the Balakchy Police Department, and investigative activities are currently ongoing.
