According to the Cabinet of Ministers' decree, Talant Eraliyev was appointed as the head of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy, while Zhalil Sheishenov became the new head of the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation, as noted in official sources.
During his speech, Aibek Matkerimov emphasized that the cardiology care system must operate smoothly and effectively. He pointed out that previously identified issues require management decisions and expressed hope that the new team will ensure organized processes, discipline, and high clinical outcomes.
