From November 2 to 8, 2025, doctors from the Republican Burn Center undertook a working trip to Nanshi, China, where they visited the local burn center. This became known from representatives of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KGMA).
The trip aimed to enhance the qualifications of doctors, exchange clinical experience, study new methods of burn treatment, and develop international relations in this field.
During the visit, specialists participated in clinical councils, discussed complex cases of severe burn treatment, studied modern methods of regenerative therapy and chronic wound treatment. They also familiarized themselves with the work of specialized departments, including operating rooms, intensive care, and rehabilitation, and discussed opportunities for further scientific and educational cooperation.
In particular, emphasis was placed on modern technologies of cell therapy, the use of biomaterials, and methods for early restoration of the skin, which contribute to accelerated healing.
This trip strengthened professional ties and expanded international cooperation, which will allow the implementation of advanced practices in the work of the Republican Burn Center.
