
In his letter, Tokaev emphasized that the visit took place in an atmosphere of trust and openness, which was warmly received by the people of Kazakhstan.
The Kazakh president particularly noted the signing of the Declaration, which elevates bilateral relations to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership. "This document will significantly strengthen our multifaceted cooperation," Tokaev added.
The visit, which lasted two days, began with an informal meeting between Tokaev and Putin, during which important issues of bilateral relations were discussed over a private dinner. The following day, official negotiations took place with the participation of delegations from both states.
