Elon Musk, the renowned American businessman and billionaire, has proposed the idea that U.S. Vice President JD Vance could take the presidency for the next eight years. This statement was made during his communication with representatives of the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in Bastrop, Texas, on November 22, as reported by Politico citing its sources.
According to RIA Novosti, Musk expressed the opinion that America is entering a new, significant 12-year period, which includes both Donald Trump's second term and two terms for Vance as president.
It is worth noting that Musk did not attend the meeting in person but joined via video link from a darkened room. He explained his choice by citing security measures, as he falls into the category of individuals who may be targeted for assassination. About 150 department employees attended the event, many of whom came with their families.
