Trump and Zandanshatar signed an agreement on Mongolia's membership in the Council of Peace

The agreement to establish the Council of Peace was signed by about 20 countries, including Mongolia. This was reported in a publication by MiddleAsianNews.

Richard Buangan, the U.S. Ambassador to Ulaanbaatar, expressed his gratitude to Mongolia for participating as one of the founding members of the Council of Peace. He noted that under Trump's leadership, this significant initiative could bring the long-awaited peace to Gaza. He shared this information on his page on X.

According to Bloomberg, each country will be represented in the council for three years. However, Trump plans to offer permanent membership in the council for $1 billion, which will be used for the reconstruction of Gaza.

Donald Trump will become the chairman of the Council of Peace, and he will approve decisions, although they must be made by a majority vote. Voting is scheduled to take place at least once a year.

Trump described the Council of Peace as a prestigious body capable of addressing the issues that the UN has been unable to resolve, adding that it could even replace this organization, despite the intention to cooperate with it.
