Trump emphasized that in the event of further Iranian actions aimed at stopping oil supplies, the U.S. is prepared to deliver strikes twenty times stronger than before. He posted this message on his social network, Truth Social.
The President added that America is also ready to destroy "easily destructible targets," which would lead to a significant weakening of Iran as a state.
“Death, fire, and fury will be unleashed upon them. However, I hope and pray that this does not happen!” – noted Trump.
He also pointed out that his threat is a "gift" for China and other countries that use the Strait of Hormuz for their interests.
In response to the threats, a representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), General Sardar Naeini, stated that Iran will not allow "a single liter of oil" to be exported from the region. These words were conveyed by the Tasnim news agency.
Naeini also added that all attempts by the U.S. to control oil and gas prices in the region will be temporary and futile. He noted that the initiative on the battlefield belongs to Iran, and only Tehran will decide when to end the conflict.
According to him, Trump does not want the American public to know that U.S. military infrastructure in the Persian Gulf has been destroyed, including nearly ten modern radars and numerous drones destroyed by Iranian air defense.
However, Trump, in his recent speech, claimed that Iran no longer has "any fleet, communications, or air force," and that the war in Iran is "almost over."
