Hilton signs agreement: one of the largest hotels in the world will be built in Mongolia

Recently, Hilton announced the signing of an agreement with the Conrad Ulaanbaatar hotel, marking Hilton's first step into the Mongolian market. The opening of the new luxury hotel is scheduled for 2028. It will feature 227 rooms and will be located in the Ulaanbaatar Eco Tower, a multifunctional complex situated in the heart of the business district, owned by Eco Construction LLC and managed by Hilton. This was reported by MiddleAsianNews.

The new Conrad Ulaanbaatar will enhance Ulaanbaatar's appeal as a tourist destination for foreign guests seeking high-class leisure. The hotel will be in close proximity to famous sites such as Sükhbaatar Square and the National Art Gallery, and will offer its visitors four restaurants, conference halls totaling about 1800 square meters, and a variety of wellness services.

President of Hilton for Greater China and Mongolia, Qian Jin, noted: “Entering the Mongolian market with Conrad Hotels & Resorts is a significant milestone for Hilton's further development in this region. This agreement demonstrates our confidence in Mongolia's sustainable potential.”

President of Eco Construction LLC, Nyamdavaa Samdan, emphasized the importance of this project, highlighting the unique combination of adventure, nature, and culture that Mongolia offers. “With Hilton's global experience and our shared vision, Conrad Ulaanbaatar will provide unforgettable experiences that will attract discerning guests from around the world,” he added.

The signing of this agreement expands the global portfolio of Conrad, which includes about 100 properties across five continents. The project underscores Hilton's commitment to expanding in emerging cultural capitals where modern design harmoniously blends with local authenticity.
