The first driver shared his story, stating that on November 13, around 11:00 PM, he was driving his car on Lev Tolstoy Street. Due to insufficient lighting in the area of the "Monolith" construction complex, he did not notice a pedestrian and hit him.
The second participant in the incident stated that on November 22, at the intersection of Profsoyuznaya and Mesarosha Streets, he also struck a woman.
In both cases, unfortunately, the pedestrians died. At the end of the videos, the drivers urged all road users to follow the rules and be more attentive on the road.
"Speeding, distractions while driving, and ignoring traffic rules are not just violations, but real causes of tragedies that cannot be undone. Behind each such case are broken lives, the suffering of loved ones, and a sense of guilt that will haunt for a lifetime," noted representatives of UPSM.
