According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among the deceased are Zh.Zh.M., born in 1977, E.A.A., born in 1997, and a child born in 2023. Two other citizens of Kyrgyzstan were hospitalized with multiple injuries in medical facilities in the region.
The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia has already contacted the relatives of those who died and were injured, as well as law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation. The issue of transporting the bodies of the deceased back to their homeland is under discussion, and the situation is being monitored by the diplomatic mission.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges citizens to consider safety measures and weather conditions when planning trips to Russia by personal vehicle.
