Again indecent photos. The mother of one of Elon Musk's children has sued xAI
Ashley St. Clair, the mother of one of Elon Musk's children, has initiated legal proceedings against xAI, citing indecent photographs generated by the Grok chatbot. In an interview with NBC, she stated that the artificial intelligence owned by Musk created images depicting her in revealing bikinis or in erotic poses.
St. Clair is seeking compensation for emotional distress from xAI and the removal of these images, as well as a fine imposed on the company.

In response, xAI filed a counterclaim, alleging a violation of the terms of the user agreement, which stipulates that all disputes must be resolved in Texas courts. However, Ashley's lawsuit was filed in New York.

It was previously reported that the social network X has restricted the Grok neural network's ability to generate explicit images of real people.

We remind you that Grok has already been blocked in Malaysia and Indonesia due to the creation of intimate deepfakes. The UK is also threatening to take action against this neural network.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta has launched an investigation. According to the prosecutor's office, "more than half of the 20,000 images created by xAI from Christmas to New Year contained images of people, including allegedly children, in minimal clothing."
