On January 31, a man approached the police department of the Pervomaisky district to report a theft. He stated that on the same day, a briefcase containing 8000 soms was stolen from a BMW X5 parked in a lot on Panfilov Street.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning theft.
Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department detained the suspect, known as A.B. He is currently being held in a temporary detention facility.
The police also identified a connection between the detainee and other similar crimes. Further investigative actions are underway to establish other facts of his criminal activities.
