According to the information from the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of Bishkek, the director of the construction company is suspected of fraud. He allegedly received 18 thousand dollars, promising to sell an apartment in a new building, but ultimately failed to fulfill his obligations and ceased communication.
Citizen O.A. filed an official complaint with the police, stating that on October 13, 2022, he handed over money for an apartment in the Kok-Zhar residential area, but the director of the company did not fulfill his obligations.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspect H.R., born in 1966, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, an investigation is underway to check for possible connections between the detainee and other similar crimes.
