Based on this fact, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District initiated a criminal case under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, a suspect, A. K., born in 1998, was detained and taken to the police station for further investigation.
The investigation revealed that the stolen mobile phones were sold at the "Osh-Bazary" market together with another suspect, A. Z., born in 2001.

In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, both detainees are currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
Additionally, as a result of searches conducted at the "Besh-Sary" shopping center, more than 20 mobile phones were seized. Law enforcement agencies established a connection between the detainees and a series of pickpocket thefts committed at markets in the capital.
The investigation is ongoing.
