The plot is located in the Kara-Suu district
Four hectares of land were returned to the state free of charge. This land previously belonged to K. Dosonov, a member of an organized crime group, as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
The plot is situated in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, and violations of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic occurred during its registration.
Special services noted that "this territory is classified as agricultural land; however, it was actually used for other purposes, which is confirmed by data from the State Enterprise 'Kyrgyzgiprozem'."
