The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has returned a 4-hectare plot of land located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region. This plot was previously privately owned and, according to the agency's information, belonged to Kadyru Dosonov, also known by the nickname Djenko, who is an active participant in an organized crime group.
As a result of the investigative actions taken, the plot was transferred to the state free of charge.
During the investigation, it was revealed that violations of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic occurred when this land plot was registered. Although the plot is classified as agricultural land, it was actually used for other purposes, as confirmed by data from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem."
