During the investigation, it became known that the detainee L.D.T. was taken to the Department of Internal Affairs No. 2 on charges of "petty hooliganism." However, instead of properly processing the materials, law enforcement officers, as investigators found out, beat him for no reason, demonstrating their power.

As a result of the incident, the victim was urgently hospitalized at the National Hospital. Doctors diagnosed him with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, a closed spinal cord injury with two fractured vertebrae, and bruises to the face and lower back.
Ultimately, junior lieutenant R. u M. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
Currently, the investigation continues to determine who else among law enforcement officers may be involved in this incident.
