A young man died from his injuries without regaining consciousness
An incident involving a freight train occurred in Kara-Balta, resulting in injuries to a young man. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 23 at 14:54, a report was received at the Jayil District Police Department that a young man aged 20-25 had been hit by a train. He was taken to a medical facility in a comatose state with severe injuries. Doctors diagnosed him with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, and chest trauma. Unfortunately, he passed away without regaining consciousness.
Police officers arrived at the scene. It was established that freight train No. 3718, traveling on the Bishkek–Lugovoe route, hit a local resident named S.R., born in 2009.
An investigation is currently underway, and appropriate examinations have been appointed.
