An investigation is underway to identify those responsible for the storage of weapons.
Employees of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted investigative and operational activities, during which a cache of firearms was discovered in Talas. This information was provided by the press service of the security agency.
During the inspection, the following types of weapons were seized:
1. Two smoothbore shotguns of 12 and 16 caliber (with shortened barrels);
2. Three rifled small-caliber rifles;
3. Two traumatic pistols of the PM model;
4. One noise grenade;
5. Ammunition: 71 cartridges of 5.45 caliber and 26 cartridges of 7.62 caliber.
Currently, efforts are ongoing to identify those involved in this incident.
