The detainee, known as T. M., was taken to the district department for further investigation.
The materials of the case were transferred to the public safety service, where a protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning petty hooliganism.
The police noted that strict measures will be applied for such violations of public order in accordance with the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan. Law enforcement agencies also stated their readiness to respond quickly to all cases of offenses.
