According to the registered fact, a case has been initiated under Article 155, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, which covers violent sexual acts, including sodomy and lesbianism, committed with the use of violence that does not pose a threat to life and health, or with threats of such violence against the victim or other persons, as well as actions carried out in a state of helplessness of the victim.
Two individuals were detained at the First May District Internal Affairs Department: A.R. and O.K., both born in 1992. The suspect O.K. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
