The businessman, who left Kyrgyzstan and is on the international wanted list, claims that his life changed drastically after the revolution. As a result, he lost his business, health, and family, finding himself alone in London.
Abdykerimov also complained about his health, noting that he has undergone five surgeries, suffered a stroke, and is dealing with heart problems in recent years. "When you are on the brink of life and death, your perception changes," he shares his thoughts and adds that he spent 30 years building a business that provided jobs for thousands of people, and in three years everything was destroyed.
Additionally, he accused those around him of betrayal, stating that while he was fighting for his life, his close ones began to divide and appropriate his property.
It is worth reminding that in September 2025, the GKNB initiated a criminal case against Sharshembek Abdykerimov on charges of financing organized criminal groups. He left the country after the events of October 2020 and has been on the run since then.
