According to information provided by the victim, in June 2025, she transferred 4,129,300 soms for gold jewelry that was allegedly delivered from Turkey. However, she never received the ordered items.
This case was recorded in accordance with Article 209, Part 4 of the Criminal Code, concerning fraud on a particularly large scale.
Employees of the Main Investigation Department of the Bishkek City Police arrested the suspect, known by the name D.S., born in 1970. She is currently placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies are determining whether she may have been involved in other offenses.
